Who runs practices? +
The team votes for a Captain and a Co-Captain. They lead practice and help build out team programs — drills, warmups, strategy sessions. It's a player-led team, which means what you put in is what you get out.
Do I need a PICKLR membership to practice? +
No. You do not need a PICKLR membership to practice with the team. Court access for team practices is handled separately.
Are there any tournament fees I need to pay? +
Nope. The ownership has already covered your entry fees to compete for the entire season. You show up, you play. That's it.
What does travel look like for away games? +
Travel is completely up to you. The team decides together — if you want to drive 8 hours, play the tournament, and drive back the same day, go for it (just be safe). Want to stay overnight? You're welcome to stay with family or handle your own accommodations. There's no required team travel plan — you're adults, you make the call.
Do I have to make every single match weekend? +
Life happens — we get it. You're not required to attend every match weekend. That's exactly why we have this availability form. Just keep it updated so the team always knows who's in.
